PURPOSE

Client wishes to purchase The Wealth Well Course LIVE, and Coach has agreed to provide access to the program materials and services as described below, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. For mutual consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the Parties agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

By signing this Agreement, Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to accept all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Program Description
Client is purchasing The Wealth Well Course LIVE, a 12-week immersive course designed to help participants align their financial strategies with wellness, personal growth, and wealth-building goals.

Lifetime Access
Upon payment, Client will receive lifetime access to The Wealth Well Course materials, including recordings of the live sessions and course resources, unless otherwise stated by Coach.

Services
As part of The Wealth Well Course LIVE, Client will receive access to the following services and materials (“Services”):

12-Week Live Program – Weekly pre-recorded lessons covering foundational wealth principles, mindset, and financial strategies.
1-Hour Monthly Group Coaching Calls – Live monthly coaching calls to facilitate discussion, Q&A, and group learning.
Voxer Community Access – Access to a dedicated Voxer group for course participants to share insights, ask questions, and receive group support.
Weekly Lesson Plans – In-depth lesson plans covering wealth-building, financial management, goal setting, and personal growth strategies.
Activities, Worksheets, and Journal Prompts – Guided exercises and prompts to deepen learning and encourage practical application.
Resource Vault – A collection of supplementary materials, templates, and resources to support Client’s financial and personal growth journey.
Additional Services
Any additional coaching, consulting, or services outside the scope of The Wealth Well Course LIVE will be considered “Additional Services” and will incur an additional fee, as discussed and agreed upon by Client and Coach in writing.

PAYMENT

Fees
The total fee for The Wealth Well Course LIVE is available in three payment options:

One-Time Payment: $789 USD
3-Month Payment Plan: $299 USD per month, due on the first day of each month for three months
6-Month Payment Plan: $149 USD per month, due on the first day of each month for six months
Payment must be made in full according to the selected option before access to the course materials is granted.

Payment Method
Payment may be made via Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or other mutually agreed-upon payment methods. This payment is non-refundable unless otherwise specified within this Agreement.

Non-Refundable
All sales are final for The Wealth Well Course LIVE. Once payment is received and access is granted, no refunds will be issued.

Late Payments
If Client selects a payment plan and any payment is not received by the due date, access to the course materials and Services may be suspended until all outstanding amounts are received. A late fee of 2% compounding monthly (24% annually) may be applied to any overdue payments.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS

Cancellation by Client
Due to the nature of the digital program, no refunds or cancellations are permitted once payment has been made and access to the course materials has been granted.

Cancellation by Coach
If Coach must cancel access to the program due to unforeseen circumstances, Coach will provide a refund for the course fee or offer access to a comparable program at Coach’s discretion.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Client agrees that all course materials provided in The Wealth Well Course LIVE are for personal use only and will not be reproduced, shared, or distributed to third parties without express written permission from Coach.

Privacy Policy
Coach will collect and store Client’s personal information for the purposes of delivering the program, processing payments, and maintaining records of program participation. Client consents to the use of their information as outlined in Coach’s Privacy Policy and acknowledges the use of third-party platforms necessary to deliver the program.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership and Use of Materials
All materials provided as part of The Wealth Well Course LIVE, including video lessons, templates, workbooks, and additional resources, remain the intellectual property of Coach. Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal purposes only and agrees not to copy, share, or distribute the materials.

RELEASE, INDEMNITY, AND WAIVER

Assumption of Risks
Client acknowledges that financial management and wealth-building involve inherent risks and that Coach does not provide any guarantee of financial success. Client assumes all responsibility for their own financial decisions and agrees to release Coach from any liability related to decisions made based on The Wealth Well Course LIVE.

Professional Disclaimer
Client acknowledges that Coach is not providing legal, financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice. The Wealth Well Course LIVE is for general informational and educational purposes only, and it is recommended that Client consults with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

No Earnings Guarantee
Coach makes no guarantee of any financial outcome, including but not limited to income growth or investment returns, as a result of Client’s participation in The Wealth Well Course LIVE. Results will vary based on individual circumstances and actions.

GENERAL

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and disputes will be settled in Toronto, Ontario.

Full Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Coach and Client for The Wealth Well Course LIVE, superseding all prior discussions or agreements.

Counterparts and Electronic Signing
This Agreement may be signed electronically and/or in counterparts that, when taken together, constitute a fully signed and binding Agreement.
