PURPOSE

Client wishes to purchase the $10k Payday Masterclass, and Coach has agreed to provide access to the program materials and services as described below, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. For mutual consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the Parties agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

By signing this Agreement, Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to accept all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Program Description
Client is purchasing the $10k Payday Masterclass, an intensive program designed to provide strategies, insights, and tools for increasing income streams and scaling financial success, especially tailored to high-achieving women and entrepreneurs.

Access Period
Upon payment, Client will receive access to all masterclass materials for lifetime access, including any future updates to the program content, unless otherwise stated by Coach.

Services
As part of the $10k Payday Masterclass, Client will receive access to the following resources and services (“Services”):

Masterclass Training – A pre-recorded video session providing comprehensive strategies for income growth, scaling, and financial empowerment.
Business Dashboard – An exclusive bonus dashboard template to help Client organize financials, track income streams, and monitor growth.
Workbook and Exercises – A downloadable workbook with guided exercises, prompts, and action steps to help Client implement the strategies from the masterclass.
Additional Tools and Resources – Any supplementary materials, templates, or resources that may be provided at the discretion of Coach.
Additional Services
Any additional coaching, consulting, or services outside the scope of the $10k Payday Masterclass will be considered “Additional Services” and will incur an additional fee, as discussed and agreed upon by Client and Coach in writing.

PAYMENT

Fees
The total fee for the $10k Payday Masterclass is $99 USD, payable in full upon signing this Agreement. Payment is required to access the program.

Payment Method
Payment may be made via Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or other mutually agreed-upon payment methods. This payment is non-refundable unless otherwise specified within this Agreement.

Non-Refundable
All sales are final for the $10k Payday Masterclass. Once payment is received and access is granted, no refunds will be issued.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS

Cancellation by Client
Due to the digital nature of the $10k Payday Masterclass, no refunds or cancellations are permitted once payment has been made and access to the materials has been granted.

Cancellation by Coach
If Coach must cancel access to the program due to unforeseen circumstances, Coach will provide a refund for the program fee or offer access to a comparable program at Coach’s discretion.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Client agrees that all materials provided in the $10k Payday Masterclass are for personal use only and will not be reproduced, shared, or distributed to third parties without express written permission from Coach.

Privacy Policy
Coach will collect and store Client’s personal information for the purposes of delivering the program, processing payments, and maintaining records of program participation. Client consents to the use of their information as outlined in Coach’s Privacy Policy and acknowledges the use of third-party platforms necessary to deliver the program.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership and Use of Materials
All materials provided as part of the $10k Payday Masterclass, including video lessons, templates, workbooks, and additional resources, remain the intellectual property of Coach. Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal purposes only and agrees not to copy, share, or distribute the materials.

RELEASE, INDEMNITY, AND WAIVER

Assumption of Risks
Client acknowledges that business growth and income generation involve inherent risks and that Coach does not provide any guarantee of financial success. Client assumes all responsibility for their own business decisions and agrees to release Coach from any liability related to decisions made based on the $10k Payday Masterclass.

Professional Disclaimer
Client acknowledges that Coach is not providing individual legal, financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice. The $10k Payday Masterclass is for general informational and educational purposes only, and it is recommended that Client consults with qualified professionals before making any business or financial decisions.

No Earnings Guarantee
Coach makes no guarantee of any specific income outcome or financial results as a result of Client’s participation in the $10k Payday Masterclass. Results will vary based on individual circumstances and actions.

GENERAL

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and disputes will be settled in Toronto, Ontario.

Full Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Coach and Client for the $10k Payday Masterclass, superseding all prior discussions or agreements.

Counterparts and Electronic Signing
This Agreement may be signed electronically and/or in counterparts that, when taken together, constitute a fully signed and binding Agreement.

By signing below, Client and Coach confirm their understanding and agreement to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
